i was down by Hamlet NC for family business, there was this old raceway. Didn’t get good pics of it but abandoned things like that are always need to see.

I saw Metallica, RATM, The Ramones, Rancid, Soundgarden, and a bunch of other bands, including COWS. Cows was a noise rock band from Minnesota and they sucked out loud. But it was fun.

That’s Rockingham Motor Speedway which is a defunct NASCAR cup series track, the dragway is on the other side of the highway.
